Nash Campus Store Policies

Return Policies

 

·   Laptops, tablets, convertibles, software, and/or any other type of electronic device CANNOT be returned or exchanged. If you are having any technical problems, or if a product is not to your satisfaction, please contact the manufacturer. NCC Campus Store IS NOT PERMITTED to help assist students with any type of electronic devices.

·   All returns/exchanges MUST be made within two weeks of the original purchase date, in the original condition, accompanied with the original receipt. Exceptions and/or restrictions may apply to select items, with prior approval from Management.

·   Opened and/or revealed access codes cannot be returned or exchanged, as we are unable to resell to another student or return for credit to our publisher. NO EXCEPTIONS

·   Any allowed returns/exchanges of Textbook Bundles that were shrink wrapped when originally purchased, but have been opened after purchasing, will be accessed a 10% restocking fee, of which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

·   Any Textbook Bundles containing access codes that were shrink wrapped when originally purchased, but have been opened after purchasing and the access code has been revealed may not be returned/exchanged, as we are unable to resell to another student or return for credit to our publisher.

·   Kits, eScience Lab access codes, LateNiteLab access codes, or any access code that has a revealed access code when purchasing may not be returned/exchanged, as we are unable to resell to another student or return for credit to our publisher. 

*If for any reason a student is having trouble redeeming an access code that they purchased from Nash Campus Store and needs assistance, please contact the provided customer service department that can always be located on the access code card/sheet/voucher, or ask your instructor for further assistance.

·   Returns originally purchased using a credit card will be credited to the credit card that Was used at the original time of purchase, and MUST be present at the time the refund is processed. 

·   Uniform Orders, Custom Kits, ordered course materials, pre-paid/ordered general merchandise/electronics are non-refundable. Contact NCC Campus Store for exchange options for specific items.

·   Cash refunds may be limited based on the current day’s received cash payments. If cash is unavailable for refunds, or if the cash refund amount is large, refunds will be processed by the Business Office by check and mailed to your address on file. NCC Campus Store does not keep large amounts of cash on hand for safety reasons.

·   Approved refunds/exchanges that were originally purchased with a student's financial aid funds will be credited back towards the student's financial aid account, as long as financial aid is still accessible in the Campus Store. All refunds/exchanges that were originally purchased with FA funds MUST be refunded/exchanged BEFORE financial aid is no longer accessible in the Campus Store (while also within the 2 week return period). The last date of FA accessibility in the Campus Store will be printed on your receipt.

·   Continuing Education course materials are only eligible for return if the class is held longer than 1 week. The course materials may be returned during the first two days of class. Course materials for classes which are held for less than 5 business days are not eligible for return, unless the class is canceled.
